I got banned from website about a month ago and was wondering if there is any way around this? I'm pretty sure they are banning my IP, my IP hasnt changed in at least 3 months. I called my ISP and they told me to turn off my modem for 24-48 hours, though they cannot guarantee it will change. I have used a proxy server but then I cannot see the captcha and thus cannot enter it to post. Tor did not work either, or maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Well, if it has anything to do with anti-double registration software, you're screwed until you change all your settings, IP, browser information, SOCK-5 (depending on the site). It's hard to do for someone without experience.
I might be able to help you more if I knew which site it is...

Ok, I notice also on this site, they will let me post but only I can see it, when I clear my cookies, it disappears. http://www.topix.net/forum/source/wltx/TECMJC0B6806HDOTT its a local news site and I like to rip on the rednecks that post there and they had me banned. I would appreciate any help.

Looks like a web-based forum site. You need to mask your browser HTTP-information for starters. Google.
Also, make sure your proxies are working. Google for proxy checkers.

I've always been able to find serials through the astalavista search engines (the clean ones). There's a specific code you can google for that works for all windows software (plus the software name added to the search), but I forgot what it was. Never needed it.

Ok, talked to a computer dude. I am using Tor (http://tor.eff.org/) with FoxyProxy (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2464) and CoockieSafe (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2497) and it does the same thing as the hide my ip program and its free. I can now go back to forums that I am banned from like those fuckers at http://www.theforum.com/
