What is considered premature ejaculation? Like under 5 minutes? I used to take zoloft and I could last an hour now I'm around the 20 minute mark( did a 30 minuter today!), and the woman i'm with now likes it hard, rough and long lasting and I was wondering about any techniques to last longer. I did some reading about tightening my pc muscles and stuff, I was wondering if that really works. I don't want to put any kind of cream on my dick either. I don't want to stop when I'm about to cum either, that just kills a mood.

Everyone I know who has been determined to properly excersise their PC muscle has said it was definitely worth the work. Personally, I was never able to keep it up (the excersise, funny guys :tongue1:)
