If it is synths you want then you should haul ass to wetdreams.ws pronto, it is pretty much the best english drug syntheis forum there is, if blacklight is not counted. But blacklight is more like "Lets geneticaly engineer this bacteria to do complex biosynthesis at our kitchen" and the more hardcore chemistry.
If one knows russian then hyperlab.info is the place to be.
