Get up early (and I mean early) and go for a swim. Then actually do something with your day, not including getting stoned or going to work... that usually does it for me.

Yup, I can't stress enough what a benefit to a clear mind this is, for me anyways. Seems strange but top notch guaranteed it'll clear the cobwebs from Reloads, not so normal mind.

LOL! Well I've been a pyromaniac since I was seven years old heh, don't seem to be growing out of it but for the benefit of any law enforcement all my fires are now legal down in the back field of mine.

But mass murder has been a fantasy of mine for quite some time now, it seems to clear my mind thats why I cheekily suggested it :pat:, on and off of course and again for the benefit of law enforcement, I am seeking and getting help from the local mental health team for this one of many mental health problems of mine :crazy:.

A session on the bag used to do wonders for my mind back in my boxing days.
