Automated Directories!!!

So I called a business with an automated directory, one where you speak the name of the department or person you want and it's dialed for you. Those bloody things are annoying. It asks me which entity I'm trying to reach, and before I could say anything, I get a voice saying, "You've said watches. Calling -a watch busines-" I'm all, "What?" So I hang up and call again, and the same thing happens. I call a third time, but this time the computer couldn't understand what I said. To solve the problem, I talked in syllables, very slowly. The one word took about 4 seconds (which is a long time in speaking). but it worked!

I'm glad companies don't use that technology much.
