Yahoo freezes the account temporarily from logging on after a few failed attempts, as far as I remember. I think they've added captchas after one or two failed attempts. Yahoo has also taken measures against the POP3 method. Honestly, I don't keep up to date on this, for obvious reasons, but I say you either use a keylogger or social engineering.

Then again, if you can't trust your girlfriend....

Two suggestions:
1) Consider trojaning the machine to gather keystrokes and screenshots for your review at a later date.

2) Dump the bitch and get a chick you can trust and don't have to spend time and resources on monitoring. At the very least, just confront her and see what she says. I know, it's LOW TECH, but just talking to her might solve the damn problem without any code or ethics issues.

I remember breaking into an ex-G/Fs e-mail (I knew her secret question's answer). I changed her password and secret question to piss her off. Then deleted every e-mail I wrote her.

She managed to get her account back by calling hotmail.

The thing is, not all that many people have a secondary e-mail listed. When there is no secondary e-mail it let's you reset the password.

If she has a secondary e-mail listed, well just do the same method for that secondary e-mail, so you get it sent to the secondary, then jack the secondary, use the password reset from the secondary and jack the primary.

its better to sniff the passwd if u both working(simultaneously) on the lan(same subnet)using cain and abel or any other passwd sniffers.or just hack the system using metasploit,dump the hashes.crack it or use vnc to watch live.(must know ipaddress)
