I'm a simple guy... beer, or whiskey and ginger ale, little more exotic than that.

A shot or two of jagermeister in a can of red bull is delicious. If it weren't alcoholic I'd still drink it, if it weren't so damn expensive.

everclear in SC is only $20 per half gallon. i said it was good for parties. you make the shit for maybe $50 and sell it for $5 per person. so if you have 10 people show up, you have made at least your money back and they get fucked up.

Usually though, Im like DD, either some good ol' beer or a nice glass of whisky- no ice though, for some reason i only like it plain w/o ice, i think its because adding ice just makes it taste watered down. Tequila's always good too.

I'm not an overly picky man. I like to stick to rum and seven up, or something similar, but I can prett ymuch drink anything. I've been known to mix every bottle of liquor and can find, and drink it straight, or with a little less mix than booze. But generally, just something simple for me.

for winter or work:

forgot the official name:

1/2 cup cocoa powder
70 grams grated dark chocolate (86% cacao)
1/2 cup superfine (caster for all you fools across the pond) sugar
3 cups warmed milk or cream, up to you
2 cups turkish brewed coffee, or french press...percolators suck dick.
1/3 cup frangelico liqueur
couple of splashes of either brandy, cognac, or sherry...

hot buttered rum follows:

1 cup butter
2 cups dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon fresh ground nutmeg
6 cinnamon sticks
8 whole cloves
Rum (I like captain morgans spiced private stock, or spiced regular...)
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 2/3 quarts water

combine all ingredients cept for the rum in a pot, and warm, stirring and tasting...add other shit as needed, such as more nutmeg, more cinnamon, fresh vanilla beans, etc.

add rum to mug, as much as desired, fill rest with mixture.

this is a recipe my mom and I worked on for a while, it's never the same, just taste it a shitload and add until it tastes right. we never measure shit...

I don't drink mixes anymore, but when I used to get fucked up on... a pint glass with vodka, tequila, peach schnapps, malibu and red aftershock, topped up with rasa. A few of them towards the end of the night and I'd fight the world...
