I remember a long time ago I came across a few sites on the net that offered all types of documents....government letters, doctors notes, fortune 500 company letterheads..etc...but I can't seem to find these sites anymore. Does anyone have any links to any of these sites...or can anyone point me in the right direction. These all make some interesting projects in pgotoshop if you catch my drift. Thanks in advance.

I have access to those somewhere... However, all that info can be obtained with some research, especially Fortune 500 letterheads. Go to a medical supplies outfit for doctor's forms.
