I am writing a book about commonly available hallucingen/deliriant/psychadelics in north america. I plan to be as thorough as i can with notes on the growing ,cultivating, processing, use of and legal ramifications these plants. I plan on deviding these substances into the categories of Plants and Herbs, Fungi, Cacti, and Chemicals

so far my list contains in no particualr order:

now i am positive there are gaping holes in this list so please fill in any thing
the chemicals are defintly lacking (im a herbologist not a chemist per se)

Not sure if you meant DXM or DMT, but both are very powerful hallucinogens.

oh yea, and, so long as youre writing a book on the subject, try what the good ol anarchist cookbook recommended by getting the stuff out of banana peels. I dunno Ive read thats its just more anarchist cookbook bullshit, but Ive also read, in a legitimate science textbook, that bananas do indeed contain a small amount of hallicinogens. give it a whirl.

In case you aren't aware, www.erowid.org has much of the info you're looking for.

As for nutmeg, I hear the way to ingest it is to simply grind it up (if it isnt pre-ground) andsimply eat it, however I hear this is extremely difficult b/c in large amounts it tastes disgusting and tends to stick to your mouth. Maybe if you downed spoonfuls of it with some sort of chaser, or found a way to put it into capsules (you'd need a hell of a lot of capsules though..)

You didn't mention deadly nightshade, but I think you should also add hallucination as a result of sleep deprivation and maybe amphetamine psychosis for the sake of completeness.
