Cheesy, man. If I was there, out of my head, it might be good but not now. Looks like the kind of crowd that pisses me off too.

Nar it aint cheesy man!

Fuck I've listened to it since I was 14-15. Fucking love it, you do get alot of wankers going to the sessions though. I've got in the region of 50+ Monkey tapes, not to keen on Powerhouse though, the Afterdark is amazing.

Powerhouse sessions you seem to get a worse crowd, it's mostly teens that go there. The New Monkey has an older crowd, much much better too.

Nah, that is the definition of cheesy music. I'd love to like it, it is the most instantly-gratifying of all the music, but my stomach still just turns at the sound of it :). Although I like my epic-trance so I can't really talk about cheesy. (James Holden is God).

Most trance is epic-trance. It's that stuff with extended breakdown and is constantly trying to "uplift" you. Ishkurs's Guide To Electronic Music (http://www.di.fm/edmguide/edmguide.html) would be all you need to know about dance music if he wasn't so damn opinionated.
