Swim's interested in hacking into a dumb fuck's hot mail account so he can do damage. Swim's found several techniques for doing so but he'd like to know in the opinion of Rorta members what's the safest (for swim) and the easiest way to get the job done.

If you know how to create webpages, make a clone of a hotmail login page & upload it to a server, send him the link (if possible) and when he enters his info it'll be emailed to you.

I'll explain in detail when I get some sleep, it's 6.30am & i've been up since fuck knows when, anyways it's called phishing, it's also illegal but anyways, try google'in - "Hotmail phishing".

Hope that helped a wee bit.

The closest thing that I've done to creating a web page was setting up a crappy message board that did 99 percent of the work for me. So that's a no.

How illegal is it though? I'd like avoid anything that could lead to jail time. Thanks for whatever help I get. :wiggle:

Welcome to Rorta by the way...

It is quite illegal, in fact it's classed as fraud in the UK & carries a ten year jail sentance. However, you won't get majorly fucked for doing over a shitty hotmail account (depending on what mischief you get upto of course), chances are you won't even get caught, if you do you'll probably get a caution depending of on your criminal record, you won't do jail though, unless your stealing CC or other sensitive information.

I'll try & find you an already created source code later, too tired at the minute.

What ever the outcome of this thread, all the information I provide is for educational purposes only & not intended to be used for criminal use.

EDIT: Have a read through this (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2001/08/20/hacking_hotmail_made_easy/), it looks pleasing. I only skimmed through so be cautious... some of these phishing sites are out to fuck you over rather than your intended victim.

On the subject of "phishing" spam companies use alot of fake websites to gain Myspace and facebook passwords. Alot of people and organisations [Myspace and similar sites] are trying to get these phishers arrested and bigger laws instated for phishers so, be careful in the future...

Yeah, it's easy as fuck but the law will come down hard. Afterall, it's just the same as peeking through someones window at night - invasion of privacy.

The UK strengthened its legal arsenal against phishing with the Fraud Act 2006, which introduces a general offence of fraud that can carry up to a ten year prison sentence, and prohibits the development or possession of phishing kits with intent to commit fraud

Knowing the British court system they would probably slap an ASBO on you preventing you from owning a computer for a few years. But phishing myspace & hotmail? Fuck that, a jail term just for the sakes of messing up some emo kids myspace. No thankyou...

CELLMATE MURDERER: What you in for holmes?
CELLMATE PHISHER: I hacked my ex girlfriends myspace page dude...
CELLMATE MURDERER: *thump*
CELLMATE PHISHER:*hits deck like a sack of shite*

I live in the states and I don't have the intention of causing serious damage or fraud. I just want to spy a little bit on this idiot. Maybe I'd have to use someone else's computer.

If it's illegal in the UK it's probably illegal in the states because our goverment tends to copy everything you lot do.

Spying, is invasion of privacy. Which I am certain will be illegal in the states. If you were to spy on me I'd have you shot & thrown in the Tyne, I'm guessing most people would.

Maybe I'd have to use someone else's computer.

& if the feds come knocking on their door will they turn you in? Probably, after kicking the living snot out of you of course.

Be careful my friend... I hear the jails in the states have slippery soap, damn fucking hard to keep hold of the cunt.

No, the FBI is very professional and quite courteous when making a computer crime arrest.

Actually, having served 30 months in federal prisons for hacking, I can say that it isn't that bad. Of course, the quality of your experience depends on your attitude.... still, you might think thrice before acting. :nono:

Feds (federellie) is a slang term we use up here for police & what I meant by the above post is if the police knocked on the persons house door who he used the computer at to do the phish, the guy would most likely dob him in & would probably like to kick the living snot out of him for the embarresment caused, I didn't mean the police would do the kicking.

I agree but some people can handle jail better than others mate. I would pity a petty hotmail password stealer being locked up with real criminals, & if it's anything like Britain they don't care who they put you in with, muggers, burgulars, rapists, murderers, pedos & oh look, it's hotmail boy.

I wouldn't even call phising actual computer hacking anyways, an educated ten year old computer whizz could do it with ease.

It just pisses me off because I would be fucked up in the head if I knew someone had being reading my emails. I appologise for the negativity of my posts but all I'm saying is think about what your gonna do first like whether it's worth it etc & just be careful not to get caught.

No, I agree with you! I think I'd do 3-5 for what I consider "retirement money", but not for hacking someone's email account. Btw, I got along best with the killers. They tended to be a more sober, serious type who didn't feel they had something to prove every 5 minutes.

Haha, "hotmail boy" made me laugh. Thinks for the help guys, but after hearing what I can face (:smileysex) has turned me off. I think I'll just send the dumb ass a mail bomb and be done with it.

Yeah, I know a man who killed someone in a fight. He's one of the most quiet people I know. Plus I have homicidal thoughts alot of the time so I have nothing against murderers - to a limit though.

Yeah, email bombs would make a fucking priest swear.

The motive behind posts like these is always trying to find out what someone's girlfriend is doing.

95% of the time; yes.

Or just to hack into someones account and send rude emails and the like for the 'lulz'.

And who the fuck is that stupid that if they are cheating on a partner they right emails about their plans to their other, other half... Passwords are not invincible.

I had no trouble...

What I do remember is a very similar thread, which turned into a debate about some newbs girlfriend! Problem is I searched and searched [About five times...] to no avail...

Was the thread deleted?

Not sure how hotmail password recovery features go but I know with some sites if you have enough info about the person you can easily get in based on secret passwords, date of birth, place of birth, ect.

So that's worth a try if you're still interested. Also, another bonus is once you get their first email you can generally use it to figure out all of their other emails as well as passwords to anything they do on the webs.

Phishing, though not hard, isn't really worth the trouble unless they really pissed you off.
