The server supports it. It's just not configured. Seems to need a new certificate as well, the old one expired this month.

HTTPS only supports the connection between the server and the client, it's not necicarily needed on a forum like this :P Its in the public domain, and probably well known by now... so even if it WERE https... a government official would be able to still view the board (duh?). HTTPS is only needed when secure information is transferred, that if those packets were grabbed by someone in the middle of the connection they could grab your credit card/identity information easily. I don't see too many functions of the board that require personal information (Unless given expressly by the user, on the users terms himself) of the sort.
