No, its a book by Crimethinc. A fellow who went by TWISTED JOKER requested it a while back. Unable to post a link but search google: "rorta evasion ebook request"

Try explaining what you mean by evasion 2, its unlikey Crimestinc would release a sequel, especially one titled evasion 2. The world of dumpster diving hasn't been experiencing any innovation lately. Also there are these neato sites called search engines, I know this info is pretty esoteric but Im glad to have brought you into the fold. If that is indeed what you are talking about, didnt catch "2" the b/c i was up at 2 am.

There's been no public news from CrimethInc (the publisher of the first Evasion) about any sequel, nor has the anonymous author recently announced an upcoming release of a sequel (that I know of).

A few books somewhat similar to Evasion that you may be interested in include:
