Just wondering what peoples favourite weapons are in there personal stash
I have a load of swords, some knives and a suit of roman platemail ( Dont ask) but my personal favourite is my telescopic baton. Looks something like this and was purchased for the equivalent of 5 euro in prague

I bought a case of 20 stainless steel pocket knives from a guy a few months ago. they are magical in their feel and weight. the unit price ended up being about 2.50$. They are an awesome throw away knife.
some other weapons i like are the lead pipe that i keep in the back of my closet, the obvious ones being the pistol and my home made dagger.

enfield #4, the one with the micrometer sight. with eighty year old crap surplus ammo, i was getting two inch groups at 100 yards.
best hundred bucks i ever spent.

I can't afford a digital camera but my Romanian Dragunov is by far my favorite weapon to shoot. Really loud, really powerful, and lots of range.

Enfields and Nagants are the most reliable rifles ever made...
I can't personally vouch for Enfields as I have only ever seen them being shot, but for the Mosin Nagants I can... They take a lot of knocking about and they are very reliable. Compared to some of the rifles of today...

ten round mag and you can work the action *fast* if need be...
the stripper clips arent as slick as the ones for the mausers.
easy to clean, no hard to access nooks and crannies like the mauser.
peep sights are standard. for people with crappy eyes like me, it's a definite plus.
scope mounting requires less gunsmithing than the mauser. the b-square mount i had necessitated pulling the rear sight off, but with a little work, i suppose one could drill and tap an extra hole or two in the receiver and get around that little snag.
makes a pretty good club too. the spike bayonet leaves a little to be desired, though. not that you'd ever actually need it. they're only good for checking the corpses of your slain enemies to see if theyre fakin' it nowadays and that wouldn't look too good in court.
the chambers are deliberately made extra sloppy. for this reason, brass doesn't last long, at least with full power reloads. the bullet is .311 which can be a little harder to find.
the mosin nagant, or "moist nugget" as it is often called can be had hella cheap. i've seen 100 bucks for the m44 and that's probably overpriced. the ammo can be had surplus in giant spam cans for convenient storage and it is cheap and plentiful (corrosive too, keep the windex handy).
i've never really handled one, but i hear that with a good bore, they can be accurate. go for a finnish one if you can find it. the full length rifles are a bit unwieldly but good, the carbines kick like fuck and are extremely loud from what i understand.
if you manage to break one, consider yourself very talented.
that's all i can think of off the top of my head......

my fav weapon is this ninja sword i bought from trueswords.com its nothing speacial in looks its just a blade with plastic sheath that runs down my leg. i like it because its simple and yet dose the job real well.it cuts things so far i havent been pissed off so bad as to kill someone so the only thing i have ever killed with it is a racoon when i went camping one night.i shot it with my bow it was twitching and breathing funny so i stabed it good eats kinda greasy though

Imagine that picture, but the skin is 5 shades lighter, and a lot skinnier.
The knife isn't an exaggeration - He's the true Crocodile Dundee!
But really, his knife is quite attractive.
You might even say it's "cutting edge"!
*Laughs at self*
Seemed relevant to post it here...

I just fucking love the Desert Eagle - Especially the gold plated ones.
And yes, .VX - That WAS the knife to which I was referring.

...You don't have a gold plated Desert Eagle.
Or any weapons for that matter.

The finish on that revolver is beautiful. Sorry for the newbishness but whats the model of that rifle?
I'd say Enfeild but I'm terrible with pre-gulf arms.

...Because that makes up for Harry Callahan impressions with a .45 Revolver!
