You can work on the speed of movements so you don't have to think about things as much, but the speed of your reflexes are pretty much inherited.

Strength is good, but endurance is better. Also, no matter the size of a person, everybody has the same weak spots you can use in a fight. I don't know them all off hand, since I'm a lover and not a fighter, but my martial arts friend told me the knees, groin, neck and temples.

Play a sport, like Ice Hockey. I did when I was your age and I killed people in fights.

Well get a punchbag. Work on your strength, as you yourself said thats what you need. Its not JUST strength you need to win a fight or at least "keep your head above water" as they say. You'll need fast reactions so maybe finding a friend to practice with wouldnt be a bad idea. Punchbags and things to that effect are good, but not as good as the real thing. If your school has a gym, it might be a good idea to take advantage of it or talk to someone in that kind of field like a physical education teacher etc.
They'll be able to give you advice, that people here cant give you...

So, uh, this might not be on the subject of weight training, but whats the deal with that slideshow that plays with that bizarre speech?

And what's with the "boys into men" stuff?

I dunno, maybe I'm not being intense enough or something.
