Getting bullied on in school!

Hi guys.
In school people always make fun of how I talk and act etc. They always push me around and send me around to do stuff for them.
This is realy pissing me of and causing me to not want to go to school anymore.
How can I get more respected by everyone and get them to be scared of me?
I don't like getting into fights, so don't tell me to fight.
Help, tips appreciated.

MarcDEPyro, I sympathise with you because of your situation.

So you want these people to be scared of you... Well the answer is to fight a war of stealth. Getting in fights isnt gonna help and will only escalate your troubles...

If there taking the piss out of you dont make outrageous threats you'll never fulfill as that makes you look like a complete jerk and will open the floodgates for more people to give you grief you dont need.

Try to avoid them as much as possible. If you want to fight them, you cant fight them in the open and hope to win. You are outnumbered. It wont work. You have to fight them psychologically based on their weaknesses.

well i had a problem like that a few years ago, the fags would gang up on me and say the stupidest things, and even if it didnt make sense another fag would be there laughing his head off and going "OHhhh ahahaha burnnnn" i just decided they werent worth my time and i ignored everything they said. eventually they left me alone, but if i had the chance to live that part of my life over again...i would have done something about it...

Fight back. Ok, you might get the shit kicked out of you a few times with the method I'll tell you, but it will work and you will gain a lot of respect in the long run.

If there's a group at you, don't try to fight them all. Pick out the ringleader and wait until you can get him alone. He probably won't be expecting you to try and hurt him. Hit him with whatever you can get. Whether it's a baton, a knuckle duster, any sort of weapon you can conceal until you can get close enough to do damage. After you've fucked him up, tell him that no matter who comes at you, it'll be him you take revenge on. He might be scared enough to call off all the bullies. If not, and they keep going, then repeat until he gets the message. If he knows that it's him that's gonna get fucked up when somebody goes at you, he'll make sure that it's not gonna happen.

That is the way to make it stop. Ignoring them, telling them to fuck off, all that kinda stuff, it shows you're an easy target, and that's what bullies look for.

Stone's advice is pretty good. After reading his post, I did recall my martial arts friend telling me that standing up to the ringleader of a "gang" is the way to go (that's from his own experience too).

When I was going through school, I just laid it out with everybody, and showed respect. I never had any fights or been teased. Every kid in high school wants the same thing, acceptance (and with that comes respect). In fact, a lot of bullies have problems at home, so try talking that. If you lend an ear in private, it may work too.

Keep in mind if you use a weapon, that same weapon can be taken from you and used on you. Personal expirience.

The stats came out last year on knife crime in the UK said a huge number of violent crime involving knives were down to people carrying knifes in self defence, and pulling them on people when they get in a sticky situation.

Exactly what I said to people on A0tu when people asked the same question and said the same thing. Never carry a weapon in school. If you are going to attack someone with an offensive weapon, do it out of school thus out of their jurisdiction.

Bringing a weapon to school is the worst possible thing you could ever do. If you care about your education of course...

I should have clarified in my post. A knife should definitely out of the question! And, only use a weapon if you know you have no chance of beating him hand to hand. If you fight hand to hand you will gain a lot more respect.

If I decided to do what he did I would never kill my own parents. They have given you life and you can do what you want with that life. Killing bullies is one extreme. Killing your parents is another. It is the most disrespectful thing one can do...

I can understand why you might want to kill a bully. Most people have been in situations where they've been intensely bullied and there is always a part of you that wants revenge.

I had a difficult and turbulent childhood but I havent killed my parents. The only situation that I think it would be acceptable would be if a parent was abusing you...

He was suffering from paranoid schizophrenia. Still does, but he's been treated for it now with anti-psychotics (can't remember which one) & therapy, he's studying Spanish in the pent.
