What games released this year are you really looking forwards to?

I am anticipating the release of GTA IV.

I certainly think it will be one of this years best sellers...

Yeah, I think it's safe to say it'll be way up there. Personally though, I'm shit sick of the whole GTA thing. I tried playing San Andreas there recently and I couldn't stand it. Never even finished it.

Any other blockbusters expected? The new Metal Gear I suppose, which I'm interested in, but I don't think it'll convince me to buy a PS3.

I bought (well mother did) Conflict: Denied Ops the other day, turns out to be a piece of crap, just a warning there for anyone about to go buy it.

Personally I love the Metal Gear Games although they can be quite tedious at times.

And they certainly wouldnt convince me to a buy a Playstation 3.

Back on topic... Anyone played Fight Night?

What games released this year are you really looking forwards to?

GTA IV as I already mentioned and anything else guns, violence related. Particulary combat games similar to COD4.

I stopped playing video games when it became too expensive. $300 for a console, one controller and no game? $50-60 for the good titles. Add on memory card expenses. No.

I enjoy a classic computer game from time to time. Or firing up the PS1.

For me, the Star Wars and Final Fantasy franchises were the best overall. On the computer, Age of Empires, Caesar and Empire Earth series. I could never get into the real-time shooters because I never had a gaming computer, but I never wanted one.

I'll just play my DS for now. When I move back to the States some day, I'll get a Wii.

OK, so I dont know if it will be released in 2008 or not, but Street Fighter IV. The trailer on streetfighterworld.com is quality.

Of course, GTA IV. Ive been waiting for this game for a long time.
