a project I'm starting soon calls for a few materials that aren't what i normally see in a hardware store. The ones i know where to find are the basic things like screws nuts and fittings. The things i haven't seen lately are these things

34.93x15.88 x 1.6 mm tube

steel plate stock 1/8 and 1/4 inch

15.88 x 3.25mm hydraulic tube

and BPS fitting

35mm dia rubber stock

Are any of these standard sizes? Is British Plumbing Standard something i would find in a hardware store or do i have to go somewhere special to get it?

i dont think you're going to find any standard british plumbing in the US. you should be able to get hydraulic lines from your local auto parts store.
