How would one set about commiting mail order fraud. Should one use a pre paid debit card, drop location, and what catalog or website should one use.

I'm not really talking about mail order fraud but for example selling a pirated versian of adobe cs3 master collection for 1500 on ebay and just saying that the reason it's on a single disk is becuase I combined them to make it easier. Would I hve to have a fraudulant paypal account?
A pre-paid debut card is a card you can buy at king supers or any other major grocery store for $4 more then the value of the card. My 16 yo friends were able to purchase cigars with them online.

debit card?
what's the maximum value and can you retrieve any odd amounts left over from a bank or atm? also are they totally anonymous?
I've wanted to try buying stuff online but there's no way in hell i'm giving anyone my credit card info, especially after reading this site. :)

The most I've seen was $200. If you want to buy stuff that requires a name with the purchase you have to register the card, but you can give fraudulent information because there is no way of them confirming it. The leftover amounts stay on the card so usually you lose about $10 including the activation fee and money left on the card.
Recently I've seen some re loadable ones on a commercial but I'm not sure if you can lye about information there.

has anyone ever done this before? I think it would be a relatively easy way to make over one thousand dollars in a relatively victim less way. The only prob;em I can see is nobody buying the object because it doesn't have a box.
