A sweater and heavy jeans is best. Paint stains are a good touch. Wear really heavy gloves. Theres a lot of dangerous shit you should avoid on a job site. Most of the time they will have a big shipping container on the site. Take a big pair of bolt cutters and snip the lock. Theres a host of other tools you can use but bolt cutters or a large hammer would be best. If you have a car, power tools are best. If you don't have a car, your an idiot and shouldn't be causing such inconvenience to hardworking people.

White track paints, a green neon shirt, and a glow-in-the-dark beanie. Make sure it matches!

What a coincidence. I met a former 'associate' and former classmate round the block from my house today. He considers himself a vague expert in Construction Site Exploration.
A few years ago in the Summer Holidays he broke into [Or rather walked into] a construction site at a school. He'd been to this place in the previous days with his friends and as it was deserted didn't think much of it. He trashed the entire building site and stole various Construction Hats and some tools.
He was caught.
Don't touch the Construction sites where there:
Is not multiple Exits for Escape purposes...
Are roads where Pigs Frequent near by...
Where there is CCTV and Guards...

So if you take as much as you can carry, your still looking at only about 150$. If you have to hop a fence thats even less.
