Ammonia Compounds from Urine?

Is it possible to get ammonia(or urea)(or both?) out of urine using the Bessimer Process?

I'm not familiar with the Bessimer Process but I wouldn't imagine so... If you could however I don't think it would be much. Just my thoughts...

Unless you are very sick urine is like 1% ammonia, you can buy ammonia for really cheap, so DEFINITELY not worth it. Furthermore, urea is just a little bit more concentrated, and I think urea is very Hydrophilic so it would be a pain in the ass. Urea is ALSO bought OTC rather easily...
