Isn't Warhammer a tabletop game?
Also, it could be numerous things. If it's a recently released game, then your PC just might not be able to run it properly. Take it back and get another copy.

Yes it is but the guys who invented it sold the video game rights. :saroll:
I know the solution to the problem - Your computer needs a new, better graphics card or a graphics card if you are using onboard graphics.

is a graphics card the same as a video card. cause im using a RADEON X600 and it says that meets the games requirements. ive tried using the sites troubleshooting but its a fairly new game and the lines are always busy when i call so i had to email them and im just waiting for a reply now. ive tried reinstalling the game, installing the game to a sperate folder, changing my resolution, launching the game through the patch which is in my folders, and researching the problems online which other people are going through the exact same thing. i think its a problem on their side since its a new mmo which problems are typicall in the beginning phases so im just going to wait a few more days and see if the problem goes away and then just return the game if not

Yes. A Graphics Card is the same as a Video Card.
Try reinstalling your Drivers. When I had a graphics problem with the BF2 Collection [Odly enough it worked fine with just BF2.] it was exactly like the one you described.
Drivers may be an issue because the ATI's I've had experience with still run if the Drivers are corrupted Etc.

I have friends who have had numerous problems with warhammer, nothing to do with their system specs. I assumed it was due to bugs, which they would fix.

how do you reinstall a graphics card
How did you install it in the first place?
Did your PC come with the Video Card?
I'll assume not because most don't.

i got it from my parents. would i just uninstall it, take it out of my computer physically and then use software that they probably have to reinstall it?

you just have to either update the drivers or reinstall the software off of the manufacturer's cd/website

ya when i try and play counter strike it says my driver is out of date and then it gives me a link to update but when i click the link it redirects me to a page that says my drivers vendor could not be determined. my driver is a directx 9.0c so should i just run a search on google for their website?
