As long as I was sure I wasn't making myself a suspect in the dead guy's murder or anything like that I'd take the cash. The watch might have some sentimental value to his family.
No to the other stuff. (We don't get hurricanes over here)

Specific questions...
Firstly on the kid that drops a Dollar. I'd like to think I still had a few Morals and I'm also not a Douche... Besides I could get a Dollar whenever I wanted to. However if the kids being a total jerk I wouldn't... It depends on the situation which is why I'm not really a fan of specific questions.
Killing my own mother?
If there's money to be made I'd leech off her before disappearing, only to return to extract more money. That's just what I'm like.
A body with a Rolex and ?1000 attached. I'd take the cash and the Rolex as well as destroy any forensic evidence of myself and potentially anyone else. I'd stash the Rolex and the money somewhere where nobody could get it.
The final question is redundant as we rarely get Hurricanes.

I live by my own code. Living by your own code offers you some flexibility and lets everyone know you aren't a bitch that gives in to peer pressure. Morals change between the times, cultures, and situations. Before I do anything I always think of who I'm really hurting. If the person I'm hurting never hurt anyone else then I won't do it. That's basically how I think. I prey on those that victimize the helpless and innocent though. I wouldn't mind robbing someone if I knew they were a shady car salesman. I wouldn't mind beating someone an extra 5 minutes if I knew thats what they would do to me. I wouldn't mind stealing from someone who exploits foreign children, or have a monopoly on a product. I wouldn't take a dollar from a kid unless he was being a little shit and it meant a lot to him. Its only a dollar and I normally wouldn't bother.
I used to not believe in Karma or god or anything super natural. Now I do believe there is something like Karma out there. That old saying, "what goes around comes around" is very true. If people see you fucking up, they won't feel so bad fucking you up. It makes it mentally easier for someone to break into your house if you're a child molester, wife-beater, chicken shit, etc. If someone were to break into a guy's house during the Christmas his wife died and stole all the kids presents, something bad is going to happen to him if anyone finds out. Even their closest friends will start thinking they are a treacherous piece of shit and will later turn on him.
When I die my friends and family will remember me for being true to my word, always loyal, never greedy, always taking action, and they will especially remember that I've never wronged anyone who didn't have it coming. Money and power isn't everything. I want to wake up in the morning and look in the mirror feeling good, not after I smoke a blunt, drink some expensive liquor, and then go drive around in my expensive car. I want that to just make me feel even better. I want to hang out with my friends and family knowing they enjoy my company and not just my money.
Having money is fun and makes life a hell of a lot less boring, but don't let it control you. Think if you got busted doing something stupid and you lost all of your possessions. Would there be anyone there to share a smoke with you when you got out of prison? Would there be anyone there offering you a place to stay? Think about getting shot in the chest and knowing you're going to die in a couple of minutes. Do you want to look back and say you did it your way or do you want to look back and say you'd sell your ass for a new house? I've hit some very, very low times in my life and some very, very high times in my life. When I make it through the low times without betraying myself, I can always look back and say, "fuck ya. I did it my way." It's even more rewarding when you're on top and you can say the same thing.

I've moved it because whilst the thread is relevant to the section it was previously in it has more relevance here as this is specifically designated for Philosiphical and some could argue, moral discussions.

my morals make it so i only steal from people who can afford it or deserve it, like if i saw a kid steal $100 from a hobo and run off i would chase the kid down kick his ass and give the hobo his money back, and take any vaulables and extra money off the kid for myself, however i would have no proplem robbing some rich snob blind, unless ofcourse he was a really nice, but 99.8% of rich people are stuck up assholes , homeless guys however are just trying to survive day to day

My friend is curious where everyone draws the line in their 'activities'.
Would you gut your own mother if it payed well?
Nope. Thats where i draw the line.
If a little kid dropped a dollar would you pick it up and pocket it or would you pick it up and give it back to him?
Pick it up and pocket it of course.
If you found a body and it had a rollex and a wad of cash in its hand would you take the cash and the rollex and leave without calling the police? or leave everything alone and call the police? Take the cash and the rollex, call the police then ditch?
I would get some of those latex gloves and put them on and take the money and Rolex and leave without calling the Police.
If there was an incoming hurricane and everyone was evacuating, assume the hurricane is still a couple hours from hitting your town and everyone else already left.. would you take the opportunity to loot everything in sight or would you just leave?
Loot
