from what ive read online about LoJack it can be erased by simply restoring the laptop back to its factory settings which is easily obtainable by going through the system properties, however if there is a system password in place you will have to download the schematics for the laptop and find the system password jumper, and removing it will remove the password......
HOWEVER!!!!
IF THE LOJACK IS A CORPORATE TYPE IT CANNONT BE ERASED SO EASILY!

Can most UV light sources reveal UV flourescent dye used in invisible ink and microdots? Like UV lamps used in artificial suntanning and or "black light" bulbs? I was thinking of getting a leak detector kit or something similar, because they come with glasses, UV dye&light, etc.

Please refer to LoJack as LoJack as opposed to l0jack. TBH I didn't have a clue what you two were on about.
I didn't want to edit your posts but in this case it was acceptable to name a product name.

Maybe 'Defeating LoJack' or something similar would have been a better search. As oposed to just LoJack.
