You will probably never find this unless your in the mountains in Afghanistan, and those are probably military stinger missiles and not the soviet ones, so unless your planning on becoming a terrorist you're not going to get one

Maybe both Iglas and Stingers, since the Mujahideen were given Stingers by the CIA and the Mujahideen Geurillas stole the weapons of Soviet Troops.
