I've always been a fan of Age of Empires, but the good versions kind of outdated and there's only 200 people playing on gamespy.

Medieval warfare ftw.

Are there any RTS players that would suggest me a game, or tell about ones they play?

Warcraft 3, and the expansion Frozen throne are pretty fun. Not sure how many people still play online, but the campaigns are awesome and cinematic are incredible... Graphics are pretty good too.

If you have a 360, look into EndWar.

Coolest RTS I've ever played.

Otherwise, look for Empire Earth. It's like Age of Empires, except with a lot more playback value.

Yes, I think that's the one with robots and such, once you get to the futuristic societies.

Cool game.

i would suggest dawn of war dark crusade, however dawn of war II is coming out very soon and will be on the cutting edge of amazing RTS games, and if need be i can supply you with dark crusade

I've always been a fan of Age of Empires and Empire Earth (some people were on both design teams). I got away from all those games long ago because it was too expensive to keep up. I never wanted to invest so much money in a computer just to play games. Maybe one day.

Caesar III (never played IV) is far superior over SIM City.

I bought it the day it came out.... well actually I got it a day or so earlier then it came out from a friend of mine who works in the Wal-Mart near me. I play it for like 4 to 5 hour blocks once and a awhile (Every other week.) I played it non stop until I beat all the storylines.

I'm playing battleforge right now. The devs are bitches and the game is super glitchy but it looks like it could be worth something when it comes out.

That game is amazing, and plenty of people still play online.

This is a great game AND it's historically accurate. 'Tis a bit outdated nowadays though.

Red Alert. Any of them.

The chick on the box caught my eye in a shop, but I didn't consider buying it because it was a Spanish version. Is it really that great?

All the Command & Conquer games that I've played have been pretty awesome.

Anyone tried battleforge yet? It seems a little fucked right now but I think it has potential.

Warcraft 3, I love playing it. I heard they are coming out with a new command and conquer game soon. I started playing command and conquer: Tiberium sun. That was one fun game.

I absolutely loved it. I will actually pay my own real money for WCIV. (Which is saying a lot for a video game)
