Ive never seen em sold in shops, but I guess its possible in Canada. Now that the DSi is out, getting a second hand DS should be cheap and easy.

My father bought a DS for ?35 in Thailand. Also I've only ever seen R4's sold in one shop, just buy it online.

You can pick up cheap consoles like the DS & PSPs from the Del Boys walking the streets. I wouldn't trust them though. :friday:

I got a used pink ds for my girlfriend for 40 quid off ebay.

Yeah, I wouldn't trust them unless I was buying via PayPal. In the UK there was a huge controversy when some English kid in Spain electrocuted himself whilst charging a dodgy GBA his mother bought him for a tenner. Imagine the cries of Ban the Game Boys and you have the Suns headline... :saroll:

DSI's aren't worth the extra money. DSs are cheap, and the games are free but mostly shit, and PSPs are expensive, the games are better, but also really expensive.

I had fun with my DS for all the games that were ported and enhanced from other systems, but had no trouble selling it for $100 of the $120 I paid and just getting an N64 again.

Nox, DS's used to cost around $200.
You can buy flashcarts for DSI too.
