Yes but don't use an ebay front, build a fake website with synthasite to cover the transaction or ebay will put a 21 day hold on the transaction giving you no time to cashout.

To much effort when there are easier ways. Launder your own money as if it were a stolen account. When you have it cleared file a claim.

everything u need to open a bank account

You need a bank account to open a bank account? Idk what your on about but your method will just be a waste of time and will not work. Like I said there are better ways to make $$.

since this is about paypal i was wondering if there is any way to send the company my cash in envelope and have them add that top my cash. the kid i watch pays his runescape account by cash and paypal is the company that runs th pay by cash thing for runesape

Why would you want to? Just buy a prepaid CC with it.

@makavelis2s2 your idea will work 99% if you have a good and Anonymous drop! and you used a better proxy... you are on a right direction to play with paypal. All you need to dispute claim when you get your tracking number when you bought your stuff. never buy from ebay it can put you in trouble.

Why would you want to? Just buy a prepaid CC with it.

i checked the prepaid cc i have to walk 20 miles to the nearest reload station.not gonna do that.plus i dont like the monthly fee and i already have bout 200$ from my ebay sales

Ah in that case yes, I think you can send cash to paypal although I am not sure. I know you can buy from ebay and pay in cash. Maybe get somebody you trust to buy you a prepaid CC and pay them back later? Also where on earth would you be like would require a 20 mile walk for that? Usually prepaids are everywhere in convenience stores etc.
