what if one made a withdrawal from an atm at a indian casino
what if one attempted to charge back this debit ? and claim it was unauthorized what process would take place?
what are the specific processes that happen when making a charge back with a debit card.
What makes them side with or against you?
What makes you think an Indian Casino would lend itself to this kind of fraud better than any other place?
Other than that, Odin is correct there are witnesses, cameras etc. You'd have to report the card stolen and explain how the theif got ahold of your pin or make a case for ID theft or something. At the same time i beleive there is a set limit of money you can withdrawl from an ATM at one time which is like $200?
IF you were to claim it as unathorized you'd be facing Fraud Charges if found out.
Is it really worth it over $200 or anything under $1000?
