So do you have any is there anything you can't eat or don't want to eat.

I personally dont eat or drink cows milk anymore. Instead I drink soya milk or goats milk.

I always maintain that the best diet is... eat what your eating now, just half / less. That way you dont have to cut out foods you love. ;)

But I personally dont diet.

I dieted for roughly a month, then quit. I had lost a lot of weight but I'm on a sit up programme now, which will hopefully pay off.

i work out every morning aside from sunday. one day i lift the next i run. i eat 6 times a day. small meals sometmes my meal is just 1 myoplex bar or myoplex shake. my meals are small though. small meals throughout the day boost metabolism. i eat 170 grams of protein an 200 grams of carbs daily. well thats just an estimate because people get sick of counting carbs and tht gets old real quick.

i personally combine a diet with exercise and its allowed me to lose 25lb

-Stay away from Soda, empty calories and what not, even diet sodas
-Stay away from fast food, don't eat any kind of it what so ever, all bad for you
-Eat foods high in protien, such as red meats, milk, breads, etc.
-Eat vegetables

some of these basic things will help out

hahaha yea, but who wants to be the beached whale either? hah!

im trying to maintain physical fitness so it will be easier to go through basic training, hopefully next year

For sure nobody wants to be whale fat, but I mean cutting out ALL "Bad" foods is stupid and makes diets harder to stick to. Training is the key anyway into loosing weight and overall fitness. Just because you diet, does not make you healthy. You need some sort of training to raise your heart rate.

Well let's see....I dont like to eat pork anymore except for bacon occasionally. There's just something disgusting about it that makes me not want to eat it, and i haven't eaten fish since around age 3, again something about fish put me off that stopped me from eating it all together.
