Caller ID Spoofing to 900 numbers

Anyone know if you use caller ID spoofing to a 900 number will the spoofed number be charged ?

Depends. If the spoofing service actually takes over the call and opens a new line under their umbrella, then they will assume the charge. If they just mask your call on the original line that you started, you will be charged. There are many ways to spoof a caller ID number. It just all depends.

More then likely the company that spoofs it will block 1900 numbers. You will have to shop around. Also google up spoofers and use one of the websites that offers a demo to see.
