It's really sad seeing this girl, what kind of genetic anomaly causes someone to never develop with age? Doctors say that parts of her body are aging according to different schedules.

It will be intersting to see if instead of not aging at all, she is in fact just aging very slowly. So that by the time she is 40 years old she will be biologically at the same stage of growth as a 10 year old girl or a even a 13 year old. If this proves to be true, she may well indeed break the oldest woman record by virtue of her extremely slow biological clock.

Ummm wtf that is insane. How in the hell is she 16? Though on a side note that is extremely intriguing if you read religions it describes Humans and Angels or Gods have you creating a child and the effects being like this or super humans; and going on to say that children like that are angelic or godlike but trapped in a human body.
