Depends on the severity I guess. I can't guarantee or dismiss investigation but the involvement/scale will almost certainly predict the response.

In other words, if we're talking less than a few hundred - you're probably not going to get caught, charged, and/or prosecuted. Anymore? You're pressing your luck.

Of course, all of the above won't matter if you know how to cover your tracks, which I doubt you do because you wouldn't be asking if you could.
