It would be really useful to know how to turn the average citizen into someone who wants fast money. There a lot of locksmiths and accountants out there who could be influenced into it. Another reason is that a second pair of eyes is very useful for looking out for cops, and there are few people who would do this.

I think you could test people's honesty with questions like "If you found an envelope with a hundred dollars in it, what would you do?" or kind of groom them into it. (Yes, they could snitch.)
