A favour?

Who would like to register an account with Geocities for a free host website and upload my pages to the account and what not.

I ask because I am worried about the police finding out from Geo that I own the account and they do me again for art crimes...

However, if someone from the US is running the site and the art crimes happen in the UK.... You get the point.

Any feedback on any other way I can get round this.

People admit to illegal stuff online all the time and ya don't hear of many of them getting arrested... look at the amount of people on forums who make it known that they sell drugs, they're still doing it.

The only way I could imagine your website getting you in trouble is if you tag with the URL, giving the local cops a reason to look at it.

My main concern is someone local coming accross it and tipping the filth off.

I'm well known by both the public and police for past art crimes so you can understand why my paranoia levels are sky high.
