Hey, nice photos. You have a real good eye, and I think with some training and editing, you'd be stellar! There are things like submitting travel photos or news photos (all paid), so it wouldn't have to be a career if you want it as just a hobby. Maybe you'd be great at cinematography in TV and film.

That's how I ended up on my path... ;-)

Lucky you. I up and moved to Ft. Lauderdale for 6 months, just for fun. I miss it. Gotta go back soon, ...plus I gotta visit my buddy in prison there. But, I like the picture of the palm trees. Very Soothing. Ya know, a surprising number of ppl die from falling coconuts, :crazy: so watch it. Thanks for the pics.

Miami is great, I have quite a few friends up there.
I live just a few hours away.
If you can you MUST come down by me.
The beaches we have are 10x better than Miami.
Literally voted one of the best in the world.

Maybe someday. I take lots and lots of photos, but that's how it's done. Not to blow my own horn, but my good ones are really good. Like I inferred, I have a lot of bad ones. Again, part of the process.

The path: Photography -> Filmmaking -> Producing -> Business.

Best way to improve is take a class by someone who knows his shit, or read a good photography book written by a photographer. Lonely Planet's guide to taking photos is a good place to start.
