I get violently ill when playing FPS. The last time I played FPS was a few months ago, Mount and Blade, and I actually vomited. This problem has been getting worse over the years. I used to love Doom and Quake but if I play them now I start getting carsick and gagging.

IMO it's just not worth it, I would rather play RTS anyway.

I played it for a week or so. Once you get passed the newbie ranks, the hackers and cheats ruin it. Also, some people have the benifit that when their computer lags, their player freezes but is invulnerable to enemy fire, then they poof to a different place on the map. So essentially, they are invisible and invincible for a few seconds at a time. Its bullshit. The people with decent internet connections and decent computers get the ass end of the deal.

The belief that most free FPS's are shit is a flawed one.

Wolfenstein Enemy Territory, Nexuiz etc.

I know it is, but from what I've heard of this game it seems to be true

The best "free" shooter I found was called True Combat. That game was great, and based on the Quake3 engine which makes me less nauseated than most.

Both of the games I talked about use the Quake III engine.

Yes, that's right.

For some reason both of them make me ill :(
