SWIM is looking to assemble an international dream team of underground talents to make lots of cash, none of the small time stuff, how would one go about doing this hypothetically. Any suggestions or contact advice would be greatly appreciated.

I understand your position but this is where moving slowly and using extreme caution and various skills and connections comes into play and this is just hypothetical and the second part to the original question would be what would your/their area of expertise be in. this does not have to be only internet driven it can be anywhere. the key is to assemble the ultimate team.

First thing, you wonldnt be arranging anything on the 'net, simply trying to find people. Lurk around bulletin boards and watch for sucessful candidates, then try and meet them in real life to talk of your ideas.
