I had a chunky Buck pocketknife and it was stolen a few years back. I think it may have been a knight.
ANYwho, let me know what your pocket knife preference is so I can get some data together in my head.

I allways carry either my gerber gator serrator (40$ usd) or my kershaw boa pocket knife (which ran me 35 at a gun show), the kershaw is my preferred smaller folding knife, its fast to open, stays sharp for a long time, but is a bit harder to sharpen than the gerber
Hope this helps a bit ^-^

I would recommend the Spyderco Endura 4. VG-10 Blade steel, G-10 handles, stainless steel lined handles, and it is a lock back (very good lock up)
Also check out the Kershaw Storm II if you want something cheeper but still strong and "scary". Skcanvick Steel, and a good lock up.
There are many options, depends what you will mainly be using it for. I know this is an old thread but if any other members need help on choosing, or would like recommendations. Let me know, I am a bit of a Knife nut.
