very basic, you'll probably end up blowing yourself up if you use just that recipe.

its just like a lot of things. it gives you the basics/jists, of things but not direct details. those are usually the things you have to find out on your own. whether it be thievery, explosives, drugs, food, etc. trying it once may not work. you may need to try it several times with many different slight variations to get something to give the results that are wanted/expected.
