I've been looking around for more online auction, sales places but most require some forms of verification that I cannot easily meet, does folks out here know of some good ways to get verified or places where they don't require so much security features? I have legitimate sales items but no proper ID nor credit to open accounts at most places?

Well, I'm assuming some things, and you were quite general, so... If you don't have proper ID, try a State ID Card (not driver's license) or passport. That'll get you around most problems. ID cards are cheap, too. I'm willing to bet passports will get you around minor, local warrants that would prevent getting a state DL (because of unpaid tickets for example).
Now, credit has nothing to with a bank account, only past history with banks. There's always a way around such problems, such as an escrow service, or the easy way of going to the local credit union. You could look online for banks that don't use what's called Check Systems (it's an easy search actually - google "banks that don't use check systems" to start). Credit unions sometimes won't open an account if you have outstanding fees with a bank, regardless of whether or not you're on Check Systems.

Thanks for reply ^, helps a bit with the setting up online cash transfers and that, what I really need is a method to get back on ebay using a new account, all other online mediums for sellin stuff I have seen (which isn't that many I'll admit) are lame compared to the buzz ebay generates. The one way I can see would be to get fake Id and try to obtain credit card (prepaid or whatever) and set up account that way, they used to not require the credit cards but I guess changed everything after shits started scamming everyone.

Either way, I'm gonna stick with it and keep trying to hash something out untill I figure it all out, that is just how badly I want to get back at those &*^%nuts, paypal too but that is not half as hard as ebay I think, although just as much of a *&%^in clownshoe outfit. Wish I could hack software better....
