"Hey Ann!

First let me start by saying that I am very sorry to hear that your
friend's boots fell apart after a couple of months. Our customers are
our top priority and we are committed to ensuring that you receive the
quality service you deserve. Thank you for bringing this situation to
our attention. I would like the opportunity to make this situation
right with you. If you would please send me your friend's mailing address, I
would like to send you a gift card for $50.00 & a FBC card fully
stamped to cover the cost of the boots. I hope to hear from you soon, and
again I am very sorry!

Sincerely,
Nicole"

^ Greetings My Princess!

Good job on the scam. This reminds me of my old "Bitch Calling" scheme. I'd just call up companies with some bullshit (i.e. I'd call up the # on the back of a box of cereal and say that they tasted stale) and the company would send me free stuff or a check. :firedevil

indeed rightious.

Nice 2 meet u 2. :jester:

Yeah I love that, its classic product collection. But it is a gift card, I can still use it tho..... 50 bucks rox. lol. Or maybe Ill return it and get the cash. *shrugs*

But like I said, it is always better to act innocent, as an abused customer and that will guerentee something. Being a complete asshole gets you no where (most of the time).. Which is why I can pull it off so nicely. Sweet lil innocent 15 year old girl has broken boots :puppy_dog
