Cannabutter
Cannabutter is the main ingredient when cooking with cannabis.
It is instead of regular butter in any recipe that needs it.
You can make a sandwich with it as well.
Ingredients:
28g hash or bud
or 50g leaves
500g of butter
Equipment:
1 Fair sized pan
1 Spoon
1 Jug
Some empty Jars
Method:
Melt the butter slowly in the pan while grinding the cannabis in to a fine powder and than add it to the melted butter, stirring well. Keep it on low for about 30 minutes without letting it burn - keep stirring well. Then pour the contents through a fine strainer, squeezing all the butter into a jug. Than Pour the butter into jars and seal tightly. You can store these in the fridge ready for use. If you pour a little water over the hardened butter it will keep longer.

Chocolate Brownies
You Will Need:
3.5g Hash or Bud
Or 20g Leaves
110g Butter
2 Large Eggs
50g Plain Chocolate
1 tsp Baking Powder
A pinch of Salt
Method
Cut the chocolate up into pieces and put it in a pan on low heat with the butter and ground cannabis.
Beat the eggs and add to the pan with the sugar baking powder and salt. Stir in well.
Pour into a cake tin and spread evenly with the back of a spoon. Bake in the oven at 150c for 30 minutes.
The brownies are ready when a knife inserted into it comes out clean. Leave to cool for 10 minutes, then cut into squares and move to a wire tray to finish cooling.
You can also use your ready-prepared cannabutter in this recipe rather than adding the cannabis as you go along. This is mainly a personal choice.

A selection of your favourite cookies or crackers.
A jar of peanut butter
.5-1 gram of finely ground bud.
Method:
Simply take your cracker or cookie, and smear a thick layer of peanut butter on top. Now take your pot and sprinkle it over the peanut butter (you can put it all in one, or spread it out through a couple if you don't like the taste), now take a second cookie or cracker and smear a layer of peanut butter on it *this is important for the cooking*, then press the two together. Now place into an oven or toaster oven, preheated to 300-330 Fahrenheit(150 degrees Celsius), and then cook for 22 minutes.
These are really simple and they hardly smell of weed at all, but more of peanut butter. Over all a great high for a very small investment of pot.
