Well, I finally got HL2 today, and CS:Source is bundled with it. Now I just gotta get my laptop, 'cos I doubt my GeForceFX 5200 is gonna be any use to the game.

Apologies for bumping an extremely old thread, but I have to know. Is there anyone out there who plays Counter Strike. I haven't played in a very long time but was about to go get it and get back to the good ol' days of pwning some n00bs. I was hoping maybe some of you would like to join me.:newangel:

You wanted to be corrected if your wrong, so I shall assist.

This is the rule your are referring to:
-Do not bump old threads unless you have something to contribute. An example of an acceptable bump: 'hey that procedure no longer works like that, here's the new way...' An unacceptable bump: 'lolz, i concur!' If found to be digging up old threads for no reason other than to add your own inane five-word commentary on you will be warned and then banned.

Lets outline some important parts here so as to make this better understood and to prove my innosence.

I did not bump an old thread without contributing in some way. "Is there anyone out there who plays Counter Strike. I haven't played in a very long time but was about to go get it and get back to the good ol' days of pwning some n00bs. I was hoping maybe some of you would like to join me." I merely was trying to see if someone on Rorta was playing Counterstrike so we could link up and kick some ass in the name of Rorta. I even went to the extent as to apologize to prevent some mundane derailing post such as yours. "Apologies for bumping an extremely old thread, but I have to know." See, this is called an apology. Also in my defense this post of mine is not an inane five-word commentary on me. I simply knew that noone was looking at threads this far back and I, trying follow rules, did not want to create a thread that had already been created. I hope this clears anything up.

A few more thoughts though. Theif, I feel this is more than several times you have stepped on my toes innappropiately. Before I have given you the benefit of the doubt and let it roll of my back. I'm sick of this, if you have a problem with me that you would like to address rather than continue to bother me with posts bitching about my posts, then PM me or take it to the flame lounge or somewhere appropiate, you are the one polluting Rorta. If you don't want to do that and would rather continue to just let whatever grudge you have against me snowball then please, fuck off.

No, I dont own the game but I like to play it wherever (mates houses, net cafes) and I'm pretty good at it too.
