kbk's thread about survival books (in the survival section) got me thinking about non-fiction survival books and how I haven't read one in a really long time.

So dose anyone know of any really good survival books about certain military conflicts or anything of the sort? I read one along time ago, set in WW2 but I cant remember the name of it. I'm more interested in war related (any era) and the like, rather than some dumbfuck who got trapped under a rock while camping and wrote a woe is me tale about it. Toss out some titles if you got em!

Most of the war survival stories I have read are fictional, but generally written by someone who went through a similar scenario. I'll see if I can find some titles for you, anyways.

That would be great, If you could find anything like a soldier's first hand account of guerilla warfare (from any era) then I must say, I would probably orgasm.
