Totse is a great BB. I've been a member there for years now and I've found it's got a lot of serious posters, though too many kids. I'd say it's a good source of information if you research whatever answers you get from totse further before you apply them.

I find 98% of Totse posters to be immature and stupid. I never joined, and I never posted, it's probably just because I started off at Bombshock and liked BS a whole lot better..

Rorta really started with a small collection of moderators and serious posters from a few diferent forums.

TOTSE has way too may hostile 11 year olds who give bullshit advice and lots of criticism. You could learn something there but be sure to test everything and think it through because most of them talk a good game but talk is cheap. Make sure that the plan is solid before taking it through...especially with my fav topic..."Bad Ideas." :D

I used to post on the tech and computer forums quite a bit. They weren't as bad for trolls as the rest of the board. The mods were idiots though.

&TOTSE has been around since before alot of it's trolls were even born. 1989 iirc. It was a dial-up BBS that only went live on the web some time around '97

Totse is definitely not the place you'd go to if you were actually looking for Hot Pink Amoeba stuff. The forums are good, but when it comes to fringe stuff like scamming, "hacking", and explosives, totse just doesn't cut it (actually, the explosives forum is one of the best, some real intelligent people there). The rest of the forums are pretty good, outside Spurious Generalities (general forum, a lot of stupid 13 year olds there, but good for the lulz once in a while despite).

Good way to kill time I guess.

It must be the first forum people find, witch is good because it filters out most idiots and teaches some k3wl to be normal.

It was the first one I found & that was back in 1998, I have to agree that it did teach me not to be a kewl etc but RL also helped with that.
